
Trial Policy
Effective Date: 1/24/2026
Routing Connect offers a limited evaluation period to allow carriers to experience our dispatch services before committing to a longer-term working relationship.
By participating in our trial period, you agree to the following terms:
1. Evaluation Period
We offer a 7-day evaluation period beginning on the date the first load is booked by Routing Connect on behalf of the carrier.The purpose of this period is to allow both parties to determine compatibility.
2. Dispatch Fees During Trial
Dispatch fees apply during the evaluation period. If a load is booked and completed during the trial period, the agreed-upon percentage per load will still apply. The evaluation period is not a free service unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. No Guaranteed Loads
The trial period does not guarantee:
• A specific number of loads
• A minimum rate per mile
• A revenue target
• Dedicated lanes
Freight availability depends on market conditions, carrier availability, equipment type, and broker requirements.
4. Termination During Trial
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time during the evaluation period with written notice.
If termination occurs:
• All completed loads remain subject to dispatch fees
• Any booked loads must be honored unless mutually agreed otherwise
5. Independent Contractor Status
Routing Connect operates as an independent dispatch service.
Carriers remain fully responsible for:
• Equipment
• Insurance
• Compliance
• Operational decisions
6. No Refund Policy
Because dispatch services involve time, negotiation, and broker communication, fees earned for completed loads are non-refundable.
7. Transition to Ongoing Service
After the 7-day evaluation period, service continues under the agreed dispatch contract unless terminated in writing.
